Tabby beverly

youth director

Tabby Beverly, Mike's wife since 1996, has been a full-time Christian Educator since 1997. She taught at Harlon County Christian School until 2000, and now continues teaching at Tri-Cities Christian School. A dedicated teacher, wife, and mother to four, Tabby displays God's love to all children she meets. She has served at the Youth and Children's Director since 2011.

Dixie and her family have been dedicated members of the ISCC community for over a decade. She has been Director of Worship since 2008, and brings a joyful, dynamic worship experience since her establishment. Her husband Paul is an elder with ISCC, and her children : Evan, Susan, and Natalie are routine fixtures in youth programs.

Tamara day

Tamara is our church secretary and an active member of ISCC for 25 years. After retiring from teaching 30 years at Indian Springs Elementary School, Tamara loves spending time with family. When she's not with her children and grandchildren, she's keeping busy with church activities throughout the year.

Jill basham

Jill has been a dynamite housekeeper; always looking out for the diner details and staying ahead of the game. She has two sons: Quentin and Connor David. Quentin was born in 2008, and Connor David was born in 2010.

mike beverly

Senior minister

Mike was born and raised in Kingsport, TN where Oakwood Forest Christian Church became his church home. He was a Governor's School for the Arts participant and an Eagle Scout. A 1991 alumni of Sullivan North High School, he went on to earn a Bachelors of Arts degree from Milligan College in 1995. (Major: Bible/ Minor: Music) After marrying his wife Tabby, they moved to Harlan, KY where he served at the Ross Point Church of Christ as minister. Mike and Tabby returned home to Kingsport in 2000 to continue his ministry at Indian Springs Christian Church. Mike Beverly is the longest-serving minister at ISCH in its 42 year history. A volunteer for the Chaplaincy Program at Wellmont and Indian Path Hospital, Mike is also a member of the Optimist Club. The Beverly's are proud parents of four children: Katie (9.15.01), Michael (11.07.03), Gracie (5.22.05), and Annie (11.29.08).
